So, how do we respond? Well, first of all, we are a young, energetic and service focused company and our head office is in London’s West End – just a short taxi (or bike) ride away from many of our clients. Whatever the scale of your initial installation, you will have a Hotech Edge account manager, someone you know, who will make it his or her business to ensure that the installation, and then maintenance and monitoring by Hotech, are efficiently and transparently handled. Our products and systems are designed to alert you to issues, such as low batteries, well before they become a problem and, in the unlikely event of a hardware or software failure occurring, our local support team is just a phone call away.
